- The Golf Hotel is located in Cocody in the Riviera neighborhood, along the Ibrie Lagoon and approximately 10 km northwest of Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport. The extension of the hotel complex, designed by a renowned local architect, includes a covered area of approximately 90,000 m², consisting of :
- EXISTING 4* HOTEL, EXTENDED TO A 5* HOTEL
- CASINO, SHOPPING CENTER, MARINA, WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
- PARKING, SPORTS FIELDS
